Viewing Theatre Lists on grandXchange


Why Use This Function:

Viewing Theatre Lists on grandXchange streamlines communication and coordination within the surgical team, ensuring that all members have easy access to scheduled operations, even if they aren't all using GoodX Software. This feature enhances team collaboration by providing a central, up-to-date reference for operation details, helping Practitioners plan, adjust, and manage their time more effectively. By having real-time access to theatre schedules, the entire team can align better, reducing potential delays or miscommunications and ultimately improving Patient care. 


  • This user manual will start on the Dashboard screen.


    • For more information on how to navigate to and use the Dashboard screen, please refer to the user manual: Login and Claim.
  • Click on the Theatre tab.


  • The Theatre Lists screen will open.


  • An explanation will be given for each of the Columns:
    • Date:  The Date on which the Theatre List was booked for.
      • The New tag displays newly created Theatre Lists.


    • Start Time: The Time at which the Theatre List will start.
    • End Time: The Time at which the Theatre List will end.
    • Hospital: The location where the Theatre Session was booked.
  • Click the View button to view the Theatre List Details of the Theatre Session.


  • The View Theatre List Detail screen will open.
