Un-Arrive

This function can be used when an appointment was marked as Arrived by accident and the patient is not at the practice yet.

The appointment that was allocated to the waiting room will be cancelled and removed from the waiting room to a normal booking on the dairy.

Undelete a Practitioner

Restoring a deleted Practitioner on the Practitioner List assists in seamlessly reactivating the Practitioner's details at the Practice. By undeleting a Practitioner instead of creating a new profile, the Practice avoids duplicate records and ensures a seamless reintegration into the system.

Understanding the use of Booking Event Template Setup

A clear understanding of the Event Template setup, allows the Practice to configure how the predefined SMS and Emails Event Templates are used in the most sufficient way. Booking Event Templates ensure that the communication between the Practice and Patients is convenient to use and automated as far as possible, to save time on administration.

The reason why there are different levels when setting up Booking Event Templates is so that the user can choose how specific the criteria is, for sending out an SMS or Email when a booking is made.


Unlinked Receipts

Unlinked Receipts are money that was received but not allocated to a specific invoice.

The unlinked receipt can be linked by using a Zero Receipt and moving the money from one line to the correct lines or invoice.

When there are unlinked receipts, the age analysis will be showing incorrectly.  The account will show outstanding amounts as a plus and minus amount on the unlinked receipts that it looks like overpayments on the invoice lines. But the total on the account will display correctly.




Update Status

When a patient is running late and the booking time have passed, the update status will update the booking colour and status to "running late" status. This is only available in the desktop app and must be setup.

Upload from Cloud Capture to GoodX Web

Images and Audio are a beneficial tool to the Practitioner for documentation of physical symptoms more quickly and easily. Practitioners can capture Images and Audio by use of the Cloud Capture that is linked to the Practitioners' phone's camera, and save these images for future reference. These Images can be uploaded into active forms.

Upload Image from Capture App

Images are a beneficial tool to the Practitioner for documentation of physical symptoms in a quicker and easier way. Practitioners are able to capture images by use of a web camera linked to the Practitioner's computer, and save these images for future reference. These images can be uploaded into active forms.

Uploading From an External Program to GoodX Web

Images captured on the GoodX Cloud Capture App can be uploaded directly to the system. This is particularly useful as it allows images to be stored securely on the cloud, reducing the need for physical storage space on local devices like phones or computers. Storing images on the cloud enhances security since sensitive data isn't kept directly on personal devices, minimising the risk of loss or unauthorised access. Additionally, cloud storage ensures easy access and sharing of images within the system, promoting better collaboration and streamlined workflows.


💡Please Note: Uploading from External Files can be accessed from several places within the software.



Use Phone as Clinical Camera

The Use of a phone as a Clinical Camera function will allow the Practitioner to take photos of procedures from their phone or any external device that has a camera and access to an internet browser and upload it onto the Patients Forms.

Take Note: The Clinical Camera feature is available on all screens in the Web App where you have the option to add an image.

User

GoodX works according to users. This is the person who has a login name and is using the login name to open GoodX.

The user will have certain access, according to the setup.

The username will show on all the transactions and any changes what was made on the system.
