Stock Items Tab
The Stock Items screen provides an overview of the Types and Quantities of Stock available within your Practice. It displays all Categories of Stock, including Medicine, Materials/Consumables, Surgicals, Ethicals and more.
Counting Locations in Stock Take involves systematically enumerating the physical areas where inventory is stored within a facility. It helps ensure accurate inventory management by verifying the presence of items in designated storage areas and reconciling any discrepancies between recorded counts and actual quantities.
Stock Adjustment Codes Screen allows you to manage reasons for inventory changes. Proper codes ensure that lost, broken, or expired items are tracked correctly to maintain inventory integrity.
Subclasses Screen enables you to organise items into specific sub-groups within a main category for more manageable oversight. These groupings allow you to filter and count critical stock efficiently, saving time and improving accuracy during daily operations.
Click on the Subclasses tab.
The Subclasses Codes screen will open.
