Adding/Editing an Operation

Adding/Editing Operations on grandXchange allows the Surgeon to book or modify Operations on the Theatre List that has been shared with them. Surgeons can make changes to the Operation details should any of the details change, even if they are not GoodX clients.

💡Please Note: In order to Add/Edit an Operation on a Theatre List you will first need to be added to the specific Theatre List as a Surgeon.

Delete an Operation through grandXchange

Deleting an Operation from the Theatre List may be necessary for several reasons, such as cancelling the Operation, adjusting the schedule due to availability changes, or rescheduling the procedure. Deleting the Operation through grandXchange will notify all involved that the Operation will no longer be taking place, ensuring open communication between everyone.

Login (grandXchange)

Allows the user to gain access to grandXchange using their username and password as verified and set up during the claiming of their account, with the credentials that they are registered with.

Request Access

Requesting Access enables users, such as Pharmacies, to send their details for automatic validation and registration when they are unable to claim a grandXchange account due to not being registered on MedPages.

Submitting Referral Letters Through grandXchange

Submitting Referral Letters through grandXchange provides a streamlined and organised platform for non-GoodX clients to send Referral Letters to GoodX Practitioners seamlessly. Ensure efficient communication by creating a secure portal where users can submit, receive, and manage Referral Letters in a structured and user-friendly manner. 

💡Please Note: For non-GoodX clients, the Practitioners that you refer to most often can supply you with their Practice link.

View Operation Bookings

Viewing Theatre Lists enables seamless, paperless communication between Surgeons and the care team involved by allowing the sending and receiving of Theatre Lists. Surgeons and Anaesthesiologists can edit the operations, and the entire care team is able to view these Lists digitally, ensuring efficient, real-time updates. By automating this exchange, it streamlines workflows and reduces the need for manual, paper-based processes.
