Booking not Found (Kiosk)When Bookings are not found on the Kiosk for any reason, such as the patient has arrived on the wrong day, the Patient is at the wrong Practice, the Patient is either too early or too late for their booking, or the patient has not been able to identify themselves, the Patient will be redirected to Reception for help with their check in process. Custom Form (Kiosk)The Custom Form is an online document that has been set up by the Practitioner, using available templates, for the Patient to fill in prior to the start of an appointment. A Practitioner or Receptionist is able to send forms to a Kiosk, from a Patient's booking. These custom forms could consist of any information, such as a Covid 19 questionnaire, to a basic form with information that the Patient is required to know. Facial Recognition (Face ID) KioskThe Patient can search and view their booking with the Practitioner on the Kiosk in the Practice using the Face Recognition ID function. Face ID, or facial recognition, is a technology that can match a human face from a digital image or a video frame against a database of faces in order to verify Patients through ID verification services. It works by identifying and measuring facial features from a given image. Feedback (Kiosk)

Front Back Camera Settings (Kiosk)The setup of the Front Back Camera on the Kiosk allows the user to choose which cameras will be used by default when taking an image of the patient, identifying the patient when using facial recognition and taking images of their Medical Aid card or Identification documents. Help (Kiosk)The Help button is available to quickly stop the booking process, and redirect them to the necessary people that are able to help the Patient with their Kiosk related queries. Sometimes a Patient may require assistance when it comes to using the Kiosk, whether they are unsure about the necessary information that needs to be filled in, or if the Kiosk is new and unfamiliar to them.
