Navigation WheelThe Navigation Wheel makes it easier for users to navigate to where they would like to work on the system and is divided into segments based on the various modules available on GoodX Web. It is possible to customise the wheel to the needs of the user by only configuring the specific segments that the user will use and have access to. The Learning Centre and The Client Portal can also be accessed directly from the Navigation Wheel. New Admissions (Hospital Rounds Management)A Practitioner is able to add new Hospital Round Cases to the Hospital Round Management screen using the New Admissions screen. The Practitioner is thus responsible for adding all the relevant information to the Hospital Round Management case. The electronic file must still be created when the patient arrives at the practice. New Refund to PatientA New Refund to a Patient is also referred to as Payment to the Patient. The term is used when a refund to the patient must be done. The Debtor's statement will indicate that the money has been returned to the Patient. The amount on the account will then display as zero and the amounts on the Audit Statement will display as positive. This will indicate that there are no more funds owed to the Debtor.
