A Receipt can be downloaded whenever a Patient or Debtor makes a payment towards their account. A Receipt is used to capture and record Payments made by the Patient or Medical Aid, ensuring that all financial transactions are correctly documented in the system. Receipts are generated in PDF format, allowing the Practice to save, share, or store a digital copy for record-keeping.
Downloading a Receipt provides a clean digital version, while the Print option is used when a physical copy is needed from the digital file. This helps the Practice maintain accurate financial records, support Medical Aid claims, and offer Patients clear proof of payment whenever required.
💡Please Note: Receipts are downloaded or printed per specific transaction, ensuring that each document reflects the exact payment details recorded in the system.
