Why This Matters?

A Booking Timeslot is a scheduled period in the Diary assigned to a specific appointment. It displays the information associated with the booking, such as the booking type, patient, practitioner, and relevant booking actions.

The information displayed on a Booking Timeslot can be customised to suit your needs, allowing you to choose which information is relevant to your workflow. This gives you greater control over how bookings are displayed and helps keep the Diary focused on the information you need.

Using customised Booking Timeslots makes it easier to identify and manage appointments at a glance, reduces unnecessary information on the Diary, and helps you work more efficiently when managing the day's bookings.

💡 Please Note: The information displayed on Booking Timeslots can be customised in the Booking Fields section of General User Entity Settings. For details, see General Settings: Navigation and Use.
