Booking Events Template Setup (Diary Settings)
Allows users to set up custom communication events using Workflow Event Templates to schedule them to be sent out before or after the booking takes place or at a specific time, which will be triggered when a booking is made on the diary. This saves time and allows the patient to complete forms before they visit the practice, and surveys after they have been to the practice, this also ensures that communication from the practice is automated.
Diary Settings are set per Diary, if a Practice has multiple Diaries, every diary and the diary settings need to be set up for that specific Practitioners needs.
- Log in to the GoodX WebApp using your GoodX username and password.
- The main Diary screen will open.
- Click on the Settings button in the top right corner.
- The Settings screen will open.
- Click on the Diary Settings tab.
- Click on the Booking Events Template Setup panel to expand it.
- The Booking Events Template Setup panel will expand.
Please Note, that if Booking Events has been set up on an Entity level the From Entity panel will be visible. This will show the user what events have been set up in the Entity Settings. Any event that has been set up in the Entity Settings can be disabled on Diary Level.
- Click on the From Entity panel to expand it, any setup that was done in the Entity Settings will appear here.

Disable and Re-Enable From Entity
All templates set up in Entity Settings will automatically pull through to the diary and be disabled and re-enabled on a diary level.
Disable
- Click on the Trash Can on the corresponding Event Template line to disable the template that was set set up in Entity Settings.
- The chosen line will be marked as Disabled for this Level.
Re-Enable
- Click on the trashcan again to re-enable the Booking Event template that was set up in Entity Settings.
- The Booking Event template will restore on Diary level.
