Theming
User Entity Settings are set per User per Entity to customize the program to the specific needs of the Practice. The entity settings will determine how functions are set up and work per user in the entity.
TAKE NOTE: User Entity Settings will always override Entity and Diary settings for the specific User.
Theming: Theming changes the layout and 'look and feel' of your booking and booking fields, as displayed on your Diary.
To access the Settings:
- To access the Settings, from the Diary screen, click on the Settings button in the top right corner.
- Click on User Entity Settings.
- Click on the Theming Panel
- Booking Display Template: This is the template of the theme. There are 3 different templates available on the system.
The Default Template: This is the default template that will be selected by the system. The Default Template will display the Booking Status, Debtor number, File number, Debtor/Patient details, Treating Doctor and the Booking Icons on the booking.

The Minimal Template: The user can select the Minimal template. The Minimal Template will display the Booking Status, Treating Doctor, Debtor/Patient details, Debtor number and the Booking Icons on the booking.
- Example of how the Minimal Template will display the Bookings on the Diary:
The MedAire Template: The user can select the MedAire template. The MedAire Template will display the Booking Status, Booking Type/Name, Patch Number, Time/Duration, Treating Doctor and the Booking Icons on the booking.
- Example of how the MedAire Template will display the Bookings on the Diary:
- Click on Save to save the new Settings.
- Click on Close to exit the Settings screen without saving.
