Navigating the Different Diary Types

Changing the type of Diary will allow the user to view and organise the diary for sufficient management of bookings. The user has the possibility to view several diaries at once. If the practice has more than one practitioner, they will be able to view multiple days on one screen, allowing them to see all the bookings in the coming days. The user is able to customise the view of the diary to suit the specific needs of the practice.

  • The 4 different Diary Types will be explained in this user manual: 
    • Diary
    • Multi Day Diary
    • Multi Doctor Diary
    • Audit Diary

  • Log in to the GoodX WebApp using your GoodX username and password.
  • The Main Diary screen will open.

  • Click on the Diary Types drop-down in the top right corner to access the different views of the Diary.

Diary
The normal view of the Diary, which is the regular default view of the Diary.

 


Multi Day View
The Multi Day View will allow the user to view bookings over several days. The user will also be able to use all functions as with the regular Diary view.

Multi Diary View
The Multi Diary View allows the user to see more than one Practitioner's diary at the same time.

Audit Diary - Bureau Function
The Audit Diary is used by the Medical billing Bureaus as an admin tool.




  • Click on the Filter Options panel for access to these options.
