Hospital Case Documents

You can upload documents directly to the Case file, allowing for easy access and viewing without the need for printing or downloading. This feature streamlines document management by enabling quick and secure access to important files, such as medical records or reports, from within the system. It also reduces the need for physical storage and minimises the risk of lost or misplaced documents, ensuring that all relevant information is readily available when needed.

Hospital Case List

The Hospital Case List serves as a comprehensive overview of all cases in the Hospital, allowing you to efficiently view, manage, and track the status of Patients during their stay. It enables you to Add and Edit Cases, generate detailed reports, communicate with Patients, assign them to beds, discharge them, record Clinical Notes, and Invoice Patient cases, providing a streamlined approach to managing both Patient care and administrative tasks.

Hospital Case List Filters

The Hospital Case List Filters enable you to sort and search on the Hospital Case List screen efficiently. This simplifies the process of searching and locating the case that you are looking for, saves you time and ensures an effective workflow.

Hospital Case List Screen

The Hospital Case List is used as an overview of all cases in the Hospital, allowing you to view, manage, maintain and track the status of Patients, whilst admitted. You are also able to add and edit cases, generate reports, send communication to Patients, admit Patients to beds, discharge Patients, add Clinical notes and Invoice the Patient case and more.

Please Note: Currently, the Hospital Case List screen is only available on the Custom segment when the Hospital Case List tab is added. For information on how to set up the Custom segment, please refer to the user manual: Navigation (Wheel) Settings.

Hospital Case List Sidebar

The Hospital Case List sidebar is located on the right-hand side of the Hospital Case List Screen which has several options and information about the Patient admitted to the Hospital and is mainly used to navigate to the different screens quickly via the buttons, for example, a user is able to navigate to the Debtor Information-, Account Details- and the Invoice Details Screen.

Hospital Segment

Specifically for Hospitals, sub-acutes and Day Clinics, the Hospital segment allows you to manage all the aspects of a successful medical facility from the Hospital segment. Only Practices that are registered as a Hospital entity will have access to the features of the Hospital segment, which includes the Diary, Case Management, Theatre Manager, Bed Management, Recurring Service Management, Meal Management, and Kitchen.
