The Case Management screen assists the Hospital to see which Patients are admitted to the Hospital. The Case Management screen can be used for Admission of New Cases, Management of the Case during and after the Admission, Discharging of the Case and Finalising the Case.
Case Management assists the Hospital to manage the healthcare process of the patient while admitted to Hospital.
A Case is where a patient is admitted to the Hospital/Day Clinic/Rehabilitation Facility for a specific medical condition, treatment or to undergo a certain procedure.
