Harmony Launcher

Harmony is a program that is integrated with the Dicom machines at Optometrists and Eye specialists. As soon as a Practitioner takes images of the eye via their Diacom machine, the images are immediately uploaded to the Harmony site. The image will be available immediately to be viewed by the Practitioner, the function has been integrated with GoodX Web by means of a button. 

Please Note: In order for an Eye specialist, Optometrist, or Ophthalmologist wish to use the Harmony Function on GoodX Web, the Practitioner will need to have a subscription with Harmony.


Harmony Launcher Button

The Harmony Launcher button will take the Specialist directly to the Harmony site. All the images that were taken by the Eye Specialist, Optometrist, or Ophthalmologist will be available for viewing.

Healthcare Professional

The person who diagnoses the medical condition and decides on the appropriate treatment based on signs and symptoms presented in a patient.


HealthID

Discovery HealthID is a tool that could help healthcare practitioners prevent misdiagnosis by providing information that will guide the healthcare practitioner to make an accurate diagnosis. With a patient’s consent, the healthcare practitioner is able to access the following patient information using HealthID:

  • The patient’s medical history
  • The patient’s electronic health records
  • The patient’s health plan benefit information

Help information

The Help Information (Desktop App) and About Button (Web App) will show all necessary information on the install of the practice and the install itself. Desktop and Web App has different information and functions on the Help Information or About Button. 
The help information will include the following:
  • GoodX Contact Information
  • System Information
  • Debug Utilities
  • Session Information
  • Schema Version Information
  • Check License

Help Information and About Button

The Help Information (Desktop App) and About Button (Web App) will show information on the install of the practice and necessary information on the install. Hide task

A Task can be scheduled on the dairy for the practitioner/user to complete the task at a certain time. The user can choose to hide these task entries on the dairy screen. Sometimes the dairy screen will be too crowded and this will assist to concentrate on only patient bookings, so when the user wants to work on the tasks, the tasks can be chosen and work on or worked on from the Task Tab.

Hide Zero Account (Archiving)

Hide Zero Account / Exclude Documents with Zero balance will hide all transactions and invoices that are fully paid up. 

The Hide Zero Account function will assist in only seeing the outstanding amounts on the Debtor file and concentrate on collecting the outstanding amounts.

This will also shorten the information on the Account Details / Account Query screen. The Hide Zero Account / Exclude Documents with Zero balance can always be unticked and all the transactions and invoices will display again.

The Hide Zero Account function (Web App ONLY) will serve as an Archiving mechanism to hide all transactions that are paid in full. The Archive function is still in development for the Web App.

Shortcut: The shortcut F6 (F6 button on the keyboard) can be used when in the receipt allocation screen to hide the invoices or line items that are fully paid up.

History

A record of a Patient's health, past illnesses, medical conditions, and treatments they have received or undergone. The History typically includes information about the Patient's personal medical background, family medical history, and any current symptoms or complaints. The History can be collected and maintained by the Practice. Having a Patient's History is important for Practitioners and other healthcare providers in diagnosing and treating medical conditions, and can be beneficial to help identify potential risk factors for certain diseases or conditions.


Hospital Round List Screen

Practitioners at Practices who are obligated to see their Patients every day who have been admitted to Hospital will use the Hospital Rounds List screen. The Practitioners will be able to efficiently manage their list of admitted Patients and establish a streamlined workflow. During each daily visit, Practitioners record essential clinical information for each Patient, which is later used to generate comprehensive reports for that Patient's admission or case.

Please Note: The Practitioner is able to access their list directly from the Diary Segment so that Hospital Rounds can be co-ordinated with the bookings on the Diary for the specific Practitioner.
