Operations on the Theatre App can be created for new Debtors and Patients who are not yet on the Practice's Debtor List. Details of the New Debtor and Patient added to the Operation using the Theatre App will not be added to the Debtor List of the Practice. The Add New Patient and Debtor to Operation feature is intended for once-off or emergency surgery Patients.

Please Note: In order to use this, function an Operation and a Theatre List will first need to be created, without any Patient or Debtor information.

Web App:

Adding an Operation in the Theatre App allows the Practitioner to book an Operation on the Theatre List whilst on the move using a mobile device. Practitioners can make changes to the Operation Details should any of the details change, without having to sign into the Web App.

A Theatre List is a schedule that helps Surgeons plan and organise their booked surgical procedures. The information on a Theatre list will advise the Surgeon, who the Patient is, what procedure will be performed, the length of the procedure, the details of who will be assisting with the procedure, and the details of the Anaesthesiologist. A Theatre List is created to ensure that the Surgeon is able to coordinate their schedule accordingly.

Once an Operation is created, the Practitioner can Edit any details of the Operation as needed, for example, the assigned Surgeon can be changed should the current Surgeon be unable to make it or the Procedure codes have been updated and you need to add more. You are also able to add details that weren't available previously when the Operation was initially created. You are also able to add details that weren't available previously when the Operation was initially created.

The Home screen of the Theatre App is an easy way to help you navigate to your Theatre Bookings and Operations. 

A Task is an assignment that is allocated to a specific person, who will need to perform certain actions in order to get a specific job done. Creating Tasks helps deligate responsibilities across the Practice.

The Theatre App allows users to bill Debtors for Operations, Consultations, and Emergency procedures. Billing can only be done once the respective procedure has been completed.

The Operation tab on a Theatre Booking gives an overview of all the details regarding the operation, such as when and where the Operation will take place, the procedure details and the details regarding the team that will be performing the operation.

Saving a Debtor on the Theatre App will create a new electronic file on GoodX Web, enabling you to bill the Debtor/Patient after their procedure from within the Practice. Operations on the Theatre App can be created for new Debtors and Patients who do not have Accounts at the Practice and are not on your Debtor List.
