Generating a PDF Printover from a Custom form enables a Practitioner to electronically complete a form uploaded by the Patient, following instructions provided during the Custom form completion process.
Please Note: A Custom form will first need to be created. The Custom form must include the File Upload option, allowing Patients to upload a PDF file. After which you can convert the uploaded PDF into a PDF Printover that you can fill in.
