ERA Batch Details Screen Navigation
Why This Matters?
The ERA Batch Details Screen brings your incoming payment information and submitted claims together into one clear, interactive view, giving you complete visibility over what medical schemes have actually paid versus what you claimed.
Instead of jumping between paper statements and system records, this screen acts as your safety net. It allows you to check bank deposit details, review individual claim responses, and catch underpayments or rejections before anything is finalised. By taking a moment to review and reconcile these line items here, you prevent billing errors, keep your practitioner accounts accurate, and ensure your practice's financial records reflect reality every single day.
