Available Bookings Screen

Why Use This Function:

The Available Booking feature serves as a dynamic search tool within the digital Diary, enabling admin and reception staff to instantly identify open appointment slots across the Practice. To streamline the scheduling process, the system includes an integrated filtering mechanism that allows users to isolate specific booking types, matching Patients' needs with the correct appointment category in real time.

By eliminating the need to manually scroll through days or weeks of calendar grids, this functionality transforms how clinic capacity is viewed and managed, turning a traditionally tedious administrative chore into a swift, precise operation.

• This feature can be found on the Diary.
• In the top-right corner, click on Available Bookings. 

💡Please Note: This button is also located on the top-right of the Add/Edit Booking screen. 

• All available bookings, with their default constraints, will display. 

• • Additional fields allow you to change the display.

• Double-click on a timeslot of your choice. 
  • The Add/Edit Booking screen will open.
