Email a Treatment Plan from the Diagnosis/Observations Screen
Why Use This Function:
After creating a Treatment Plan for a Patient, the Practice can send it directly via e-mail as an attachment to any recipient specified by the user, such as the Patient, a caregiver, or another authorised contact.
A Treatment Plan provides detailed information on the recommended care for a Patient, including the procedures to be performed, estimated costs, and the number of treatment sessions required. Sending it electronically ensures that Patients and other relevant parties receive accurate and timely information about their care.
This capability improves communication and transparency, allowing Patients to make informed decisions and plan financially for their treatment. It also streamlines administrative processes by eliminating the need to print or manually deliver documents, while maintaining a clear digital record of all correspondence related to the Patient’s care.
- The user manual will start on the
Diagnosis/Observations screen with an Estimate already created.

- Click the Email Estimate button to email the Treatment Plan directly from the Billing section.

?Please Note! If the Estimate has not been saved, an Attention! pop-up will appear to advise that the Estimate has been modified and must be saved before emailing.
- Click on the Ok button to save and continue the emailing process.

- The Email - Add/Edit Workflow Event screen will open.

?Please Note: The Estimate will be added to the email as an attachment.

- Click on the Send button to complete the emailing process by sending the email and returning to the Diagnosis/Observation screen.
