Billing to Debt Management (Web App)

Splitting an Invoice Line into Multiple Lines is used to repeat the same Invoice Line several times to allow you to quickly bill repeat items. You are able to Split the same line up to 100 times on the same Invoice. 

• This user manual will start on the Invoice screen.

• For an in-depth explanation of how the Invoice screen works, please refer to the user manual: The Invoice Screen: Navigation and Use.

• Click on the Code field to add the Billing Code you want to Bill. 

• Click on the Qty field to enter the number of times that you would like to Bill this Item.

• Click on the Repeat Item in Single Lines button.

Please Note: The Quantity needs to be more than 1 for the button to become available.

• An Attention! pop-up will open advising that the selected Item will be converted into Multiple Separate Lines.

• Click on the Ok button to continue.

Please Note: The system might take a few seconds to update the screen.

• The Line will now be Split into the number of Lines that you requested.

Please Note: The Quantity of each Line will revert to one.

Please Note: This feature is ideal for Pathologists and Labs that need to Bill the same Codes multiple times.
