Disabling of QR Codes
Why Use This Function:
The QR Code feature provides a convenient and secure way for you to access important information directly from documents such as Scripts, Invoices, and Reports. A QR Code consists of a series of small black squares and dots that encode specific data, making it quick and easy for you to retrieve by simply scanning with a compatible device. When enabled, the QR Code acts as a direct link, guiding you to a secure online site for further details or verification. Disabling the QR Code will prevent it from displaying on any of the documents mentioned, which may be useful if you prefer a more traditional format or wish to limit digital access points. This option gives your Practice flexibility and control over how information is shared and accessed, ensuring that the presentation of documents aligns with your preferences and operational requirements.
