Why Use This Function:
The Multi-day Diary allows you to view multiple days of the appointment schedule at once, enabling more effective time planning for the Practitioner. By providing a broader view of upcoming days, it helps you anticipate peak periods, identify available slots, and prevent overbooking. This enhances your ability to manage the Practice’s time and workflow efficiently, resulting in improved patient flow, better decision-making, and increased overall productivity.

• This user manual will start on the Diary screen.

• Click on the Diary Types drop-down menu.

• Select the Multi-Day View option.
  

• The Multi-Day view will display on the screen.

?Please Note: The Current Timeline will display across all diaries if set up. To set up if the current time will display on the diary and change the Current Time Line Colour, please refer to: General Settings.

• The number of days to display can be changed according to the Practice's preference by using the Number of Days field.
