GoodX Web Settings

Purpose: The purpose of the Calendar sync function is to synchronise the data between the GoodX Web Diary and their Google Calendar account in Microsoft Exchange Server. 

The external URL to sync the diary is available in Settings.

To access Settings:

• From the Diary screen, click on the Settings button on the taskbar in the top right corner

• Click on the Diary Settings tab
• Click on the Diary Settings button on the panel for the options to expand

• Under the Diary Settings - scroll down to the 'Sync this Diary with other Calendars' option

• Sync this diary with other Calendars: other applications can import bookings from this diary using this URL. Copy this URL.

• Open the external calendar, in this case, Google Calendar.
• Under the 'Other calendars' option, click on the (+) button

• From the dropdown menu, click on the 'From URL' option

• The Settings screen will open.
• Paste the URL in the 'URL of calendar' field (this is the URL that you copied in the GoodX Diary Settings)
• Click on Add Calendar

• The external calendar (GoodX Diary) will now be synced with your Google Calendar and all bookings will be visible on your external calendar.
