Facial Recognition (Face ID) Kiosk

The Patient can search and view their booking with the Practitioner on the Kiosk in the Practice using the Face Recognition ID function. Face ID, or facial recognition, is a technology that can match a human face from a digital image or a video frame against a database of faces in order to verify Patients through ID verification services. It works by identifying and measuring facial features from a given image.

Feedback (Kiosk)

The Feedback Form provides a simple way for Patients to rate their experience at the Kiosk. By collecting real-time feedback, the Practice can assess the effectiveness of the system, identify pain points, and engage with Patients who are willing to participate in further discussions or testing. It will also help the Practice gather valuable insights to improve service quality, user satisfaction, and usability of the Kiosk system.

Front Back Camera Settings (Kiosk)

The setup of the Front Back Camera on the Kiosk allows the user to choose which cameras will be used by default when taking an image of the patient, identifying the patient when using facial recognition and taking images of their Medical Aid card or Identification documents. The setup will only need to be done once.
