The ERA Batch Details Screen provides a detailed view of an incoming Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) batch, including the medical aid's payment information and the claims included in the remittance. It brings the information together so that you can review the payments received and see how they relate to the submitted claims.

The screen makes it easier to review and reconcile medical aid payments before the information is processed in GoodX. You can check the payment and bank deposit details, review individual claim responses, and identify underpayments, rejections, or other items that may require attention. Reviewing these details before finalising the batch helps prevent billing errors, keeps practitioner accounts accurate, and ensures that the Practice's financial records reflect the payments actually received.
