Submit Control Artefacts

The Control Artefact function is the final and most critical step in your entire compliance workflow. It acts as the official logbook where staff members submit physical or digital proof (such as a signed checklist, a photo, or a Standard Operating Procedure document) showing that a scheduled safety check was actually completed.

This feature is incredibly important for the Practice because it bridges the gap between planning a task and proving it was done. If a staff member performs a check in the real world but does not fill out this screen, the Control Artefacts sub-tab will remain completely empty. For the Practitioner or an external auditor, an empty screen means there is zero proof that the Practice is safe and compliant, regardless of how much work was actually done.
