Add/Edit Control Types

The Control Type function is used to define the method or the way the Practice intends to check or enforce compliance. If a Standard Section tells you what needs to be done, the Control Type categorises how you will actually do it. Common examples include "Physical Inspections," "Monthly Audits," "Document Reviews," or "Automated System Alerts."

This feature is a vital tool for the Practitioner because it standardises the approach to safety and quality across the entire office. By defining these types, the Practice ensures that everyone follows the same process when verifying that rules are being met, which leads to more consistent and reliable results.
