Information can be added or edited at any time, ensuring that records remain current and accessible. Keeping this history up to date supports better Medical decisions, particularly when determining the Patient’s immunity status or identifying necessary vaccines. This is especially helpful when a Patient has travelled or plans to travel to a country that requires specific vaccinations for entry.
