Before a Statement can be Printed, it must first be Downloaded, which saves a digital copy of the Statement to your device for easy access and record-keeping. Printing a Statement allows you to produce a physical copy of all transactions on the Debtor’s account, summarising the financial activity within a defined period. The Statement serves as an official record, providing detailed information about posted Invoices, payments, Journals, and outstanding balances, ensuring both the Practice and the Patient have a clear and accurate overview of the account.
