A Statement is an account, this has all the account information of the Main Member and the Dependants on that electronic file.

• Adjustments,
• Credit notes, and 
• Receipt written backs.

The statement can be used to supply the Main Member with all the billing information to claim back from the medical aid.

The statement is given to the patient to see the history on the account and how much money is still outstanding.

The statements have a lot of settings, there can be indicated to print a statement with all the Debtor transactions or just the ones that are still outstanding, the following is just some of them:

• Zero accounts,
• All transactions,
• Excluding credit notes and journals, and 
• Only outstanding.
