A list where certain procedures can be described. Admin notes can be linked to the procedures codes and can be added to estimate invoices
An Estimate is a quotation that is created for a patient to give them an indication of how much a treatment or procedure will cost.
The quotation or estimate can be used to get authorization from the medical aid or for private patients to have an idea of how much they will have to pay for the treatment or procedure.

Patient information is the demographic information of the patient that will be seen by the practitioner.
The information can be edited from the appointment when the patient arrives.

Tooth History allows a practitioner to view all activity that has taken place on a specific tooth by tooth number. This is a fast and efficient way for a practitioner to see what procedures have been done on a specific tooth as well as the invoices posted and any treatment plans that have been set up pertaining to that specific tooth.
Tooth restorations are the various ways a dentist can replace missing teeth or repair missing parts of the tooth structure. Tooth structure can be missing due to decay, deterioration of a previously placed restoration, or fracture of a tooth. There are many different methods to do restorations on teeth using different materials to fix the damage on the teeth namely Porcelain, Amalgam and Resin.

A medicine formulary is a list of brand-name and generic prescription medication that is approved to be prescribed by a particular health insurance policy, or in a specific health system or hospital. Medicine formularies are developed based on the efficacy, safety and cost thereof
By changing the patients' status the user will easily be able to see where the patient is and where they are going next
A list with all the demographic information of the Main Members and Dependants on the system.
A lot of different functions can be completed or accessed from the list.
User preferences are set per user to customize the program to the specific needs of the user.
The user can set the following:
- The type of screens to be used.
- The layout of the screens.
- The type of system functions to be used.
- The way the user will search for data on the system.
- The layout of the diary.
Enabling colours in order to differentiate between statuses on the bookings.
- The contents of this User Manual will comprise of the following information:
- How to enable colours on the diary
- To see whether the colours have been enabled successfully
In the case that a client requires training on any of the GoodX applications, then the client will be required to complete a Training Request form.
Completing the form will ensure that the training that is requested, meets the client's expectations and that the correct trainer is allocated.
