Ons kliente is baie tevrede en was verbaas oor hoe maklik die Switch werk. Kliente kan danksy die weldeurdinkte integrasie maklik die terugvoer vir elke eis sien, eise “reverse”, korrigeer en weer stuur. Maklike “Patient validations” en “patient imports” is ook 'n groot voordeel. Dit skakel onnodige "rejections" uit agv vingerfoute, verkeerde afhanklike nrs en spelling van afhanklikes se name en vanne.

Vandag wil ons graag vir julle laat weet hoe "user friendly" ons die GoodX switch ervaar.  Ons was aanvanklik maar bietjie skrikkerig vir die oorskakeling, maar vandag is ons baie bly dat ons die stap gedoen het.  Alle eise wat verwerp word, word sommer op die sisteem gekorrigeer sonder dat jy nodig het om 'n leêr te gaan trek, so baie minder tyd word spandeer aan verwerpte eise.

Nog 'n groot plus punt is die feit dat ons met GoodX  enige mediese fonds se eise wat foutief gestuur is, onmiddellik kan "reverse" en weer die regte eis deurstuur.  Met Healthbridge was dit slegs Discovery eise wat reverse kon word.

Ons kan regtig enige firma wat steeds wik en weeg oor die oorskakeling gerus stel en aanbeveel om dit onmiddelik te doen.
