Selecting a colour when creating a theatre list for the diary enables easy distinction between different theatre locations directly on the Diary screen. By assigning unique colours to each theatre location, it becomes possible to quickly and visually identify where each procedure is scheduled. This streamlines the scheduling process, reduces the chances of confusion or errors, and enhances overall efficiency in managing theatre allocations within the Practice.

• For the purpose of this user manual, we will be starting on an already filled-in Theatre List - Workflow Event screen.

• For more information on how to create Theatre Lists, please refer to the user manual: How to Create a Theatre List.

• Click on the Select Timeslot Colour field.

• A Colour Picker screen will open.

• Select the Desired colour.

• Click on the Save button.

Please Note: This process can be applied to multiple Theatre Sessions using different colours.

• The applied changes will show on the Diary screen.
