allows you to efficiently add a stock item directly during a stock take, particularly when encountering an item not listed in the snapshot. It ensures all relevant stock items associated with the warehouse being counted are accurately recorded, enabling a comprehensive and complete stock take process.

• Double-Click on the desired Snapshot line.

• The Capture Values screen will open.

• Click on the + Add New button to add a new item to the counting sheet.
