Bookings to Discharge: Hospital Patient Administration

Clinical Info

• Click on the Clinical Info tab to View, Add or Edit the Patient's Allergies, Chronic Conditions & Medicines and Natural Substance Allergies
  

Active Ingredients & Drug Classes

• Click on Drug classes to add a drug
  
• Select the Drug Class and click on Selection completed or press (F2)
  

• Click on Ingredients to add specific medicine ingredients the patient is allergic to
• Enter the Active Ingredient in the Search field and click on Find or press (F5 / Enter)
• Enter or Double Click or press F9 on the Ingredient to select the item
• Enter a Note and press OK
• Click on Selection completed or press F2

Chronic Conditions & Chronic Medicines

• Click on the Chronic Cond. button to add a chronic condition for the patient
• Enter the Condition / Disease in the Search field and click on Find or press Enter / F5.  You can order the list by Description or Code
• Enter, Double click or press F9 to select the condition
• Enter a Note and click on Selection completed or press F2

• Click on Chronic Meds to add the chronic medication
• Enter the Medicine in the Search field and click on Find or press (F5 / Enter)
• Enter or Double Click or press F9 on the Ingredient to select the item
• Enter a Note and press OK
• Click on Selection completed or press F2

Natural substances

• Click on Add if the patient is allergic to a Natural substance
• Enter the name of the Substance and click on the Find or press Enter / F5
• Enter, Double click or press F9 to select the medication.
• Note:  New items can be added by clicking on the Add new item button
• Enter a Note and click on Selection completed or press F2
