Birthday Report Screen: Navigation and Use
The Birthday Report is a list that includes all the birthdates of Debtors/Patients in your Practice. Recognising and celebrating the birthday of a Debtor/Patient by sending them an SMS/Email is a simple way to maintain a positive relationship. It can enhance Patient engagement and show that the Practice cares about the well-being of its Patients.
- This user manual consists of the following:
- Filters
- Report Screen
- This user manual will start on the Switch History screen.
- Click on the CRM tab.
- The Build SMS/Email screen will open.
- Click on the Birthday Report tab.

- The Birthday Report screen will open.
Filter Bar
Filters can be used to acquire more refined results.
- An explanation will be given for each of the fields on the Filter Bar.

Context Filter
With the Filter being set to Context Filter, all the filters will become available, and the screen will appear differently.
- Select Context Filter from the drop-down menu.

- Complete the Debtor/Patient's name in the Name field.
- Complete the Debtor/Patient's Surname in the Surname field.
- Complete the Debtor/Patient's ID No. in the ID No. field.
- Complete the Debtor/Patient Cell No. in the Cell No. field.

- Complete the File Number associated with the Patient/Debtor.
- Add the Date of Birth to specify the range for filtering the report, indicating both the start and end dates.

- Choose the correct Date from the Date Picker which will become available.
- Complete the ages in the Age Fields to indicate the ages for which you wish to filter.
- Complete the number for the age you wish to filter for.
- Select the desired Gender.
- Click on the Active Patients slider to indicate all Active or Inactive Patients.
- Click on the Debtor Status drop-down menu to select the option you wish to choose.
- Type in the Debtor's Debtor Number as it has been registered on the system to narrow down your selection.
- Include a specific Date of Birth to specify the start and end dates for filtering the report.
- Click on the Update Results button after all the filters have been set.

- The Birthday Result screen will display with all the chosen filters applied.
- Click on the Reset Filters button to empty all filter columns.
Default Filter
With the filter being set to Default Filter, only certain types of filters will become available, and the Filter Bar will appear differently.

- Select Default Filter from the drop-down menu.

- To use the Birthday Report filter set on Default Filter you need to type the Debtor/Patient's information into the relevant text fields/search boxes.

- Click on the Update Results button after all the filters have been set.
- The Birthday Result screen will appear with all the filters as selected.
Birthday Report Screen.
The Birthday Report screen will be generated according to the selected filters.Please Note: From the Birthday Report screen, the user is able to send Bulk SMS Messages or Emails by selecting more than one Patient/Debtor.
Birthday Report Sidebar
The Birthday Sidebar will open, with more options to perform on the specific Debtor/Patient.

Export to CSV
The Birthday Report can be exported to a CSV file should you wish to Print or Save to your computer or open the form in an Excel format.
- Click on the Export to CSV button to export the file to Save or Print to your computer.

Please Note: In order to export to CSV, a file should be selected.
