Discovery Rejection Codes and the Reaons

Should claims not be paid by Discovery medical aid, Discovery will send a rejection code to inform the Practice with the code and reason. 

See below the list of rejection codes and their respective reasons:

B2B0002 This claim is not intended for this fund The claim is submitted with a CMS code that is not allowed for claim submission Claim to be corrected and resubmitted
B2B0003 Only batches of one is accepted More than one claim is submitted Only one claim to be submitted per web service call
B2B0005 Claim lines as specified in the batch doesn't add you Content of claim is incorrect, as per error description Content to be corrected and resubmitted
B2B0006 Submitted claim amount in the batch envelope doesn't add up to submitted claim amount in the claim Content of claim is incorrect, as per error description Content to be corrected and resubmitted
B2B0008 Unable to complete transaction. Please resend Claim could not be successfully delivered to internal system for claims processing Resubmit claim
B2B0016 This message should be submitted through Medikredit Claim is submitted for specific schemes that are only allowed to be submitted via Medikredit. Submit claim via correct trading partner
 B2B0022 Received your claim, await your DA This message indicates that the claim has been received. Once the claim has been processed, a delayed response will return to the trading partner.  None.
Claim should not be resubmitted.
 B2B0024 Please resubmit with a new claim transaction number.The submitted claim has been updated manually. The claim must be resubmitted, but only after 15 minutes. 
 B2B0025 Unable to complete transaction. 
Please resend after 15 minutes.
This response will be returned the internal system has not accepted the claim and could not persist the claim. The claim must be resubmitted, but only after 15 minutes.
 B2B0026 Received your credit note, await your DA This message indicated that the credit note has been received. Once the credit note has been processed, a delayed response will return to the trading partner.  None.
Credit note should be resubmitted.
