GoodX Supervisor for Medical | Dental Practices

Debtor Demographic data refers to all of the Debtors' personal information, such as their Name, Surname, ID number, Telephone Number and Address etc. A SyncVite is an invitation that the Practice sends the Patient asking them to share their personal information. The Patient has the choice if they would like to share certain information with the Practice. The Practice can also use the SyncVite feature to allow the user to update and edit the information that is currently on the Practice's database.

A SyncVite can be sent with every booking to ensure that the Patients' information is correct and up to date. Once the Patient has responded to the Syncvite, the Practice will be able to see the Patients response. 

SyncVite Settings allow the user to turn on/off the automatic sending of Demographic Information requests, for Patients to update their details via the myGC App. 

• This user manual will start on the myGrandCentral Config tab of the System Options screen.

• Click on the SyncVites sub-tab in the Doctor/Diary Information section.

• The SyncVites sub-tab will open. 

Please Note: The SyncVites that will be sent to the Patients will inform them the Practice is using myGC and that the Practice would like to update the information that is currently on their system.

• An explanation will be given for all the options:

• Click on the Send SyncVites button to allow the user to send a SyncVite to each and every Debtor/Patient who has an existing file at the Practice and has been at the Practice in the last 2 years.

Warning: Once the user starts the process of sending the SyncVites, the process can't be stopped or paused and can take extremely long to complete, depending on the number of SyncVites that will be sent.

• SyncVite Settings: Allows the user to set up when SyncVites are sent in the future.  

• Tick the Always send SyncVites when making diary appointments checkbox to automatically always send a SyncVite for the confirmation of demographic details every time a booking is made on the diary.
• Untick the Always send SyncVites when making diary appointments checkbox to turn off the automatic sending of SyncVites for the confirmation of demographic details every time a booking is made on the diary.

• Click on the Exit button to exit without saving any of the changes that have been made.

• A Warning pop-up will appear, stating that settings have been changed and will exit without saving any changes.

• Click on the No button to cancel the request and return to the System Options screen.

• Click on the Yes button to exit without saving changes and return to the System Options screen.

• Click on the Save button to save all the changes that have been made, close the SyncVites tab and return to the myGrandCentral Configuration screen, Doctors tab.
