Batch Options Screen
The purpose of the Batch screen is to Post a transaction/s, Print a transaction/s or Cancel a transaction that you don't want to Post anymore.
The Batch screen will always open before Posting any Creditors / Debtors, Corrections, Bank Statements or Financial Transactions.

Please Note: Some of the Batch Options will only be applicable to certain types of transactions for example the Debtors options will only work for the Debtors and the Creditors options will only work for the Creditors.
General
- The General section will allow the user to Print the Cashbook batches.
- Print cashbook batch: The print cashbook batch will print the cashbooks in batches. The Cashbook batches will group together specific types of transactions.
Debtors
- The Debtors section will allow the user to Print the Debtor Statements and Receipts.
- Print Statements: The Print Statement will print the Debtor Statement. A Statement is a document that concludes certain information. This document can be printed and will show information on the status of the account
and what payments have been made and what is outstanding.
- Print Summary Receipt: The Print Summary Receipt will print a summary of the Debtor Receipt that is being posted on the specific Debtor Account.
Cheque
- The Cheque section will allow the user to Print the Cheque Report.
- Print Cheque Report: The Print Cheque Report will print a Report of the cheque that the Practice has just processed and posted for a specific Account.
Creditors
- The Creditors section will allow the user to Print a Creditor Remittance Advice.
- Print remittance advice: The Print remittance advice will print the Creditors Remittance Advice. The Remittance Advice is a place where all the remittances that have been received from the Creditors can be accessed. The Remittance Advice will assist the user to follow certain steps to post the payments made on all the correct Creditor accounts.
Return To Batch (F3)
- Click on the Return To Batch (F3) button to return to the Batch and not post it.
Post (F2)
- Click on the Post (F2) button to post the batch.
Exit and Save (F4)
- Click on the Exit and Save (F4) button to exit and save the batch but not post the batch.
Exit and Cancel (Esc)
- Click on the Exit and Cancel (Esc) button to exit and cancel the batch without saving or posting the batch.
