This Manual will explain how to manually refresh your pricelists in GX Manage.

The purpose of refreshing your pricelists is to import and load them into the system.

• Log In to the GoodX Desktop using your GoodX username and password.
• From the Navigator click on GoodX Manage.

• The GoodX Manage screen will open.

• Click on the Pricelist Management button.

• The Pricelist collection (PCL) screen will open.
• Double click on the pricelist.

• The price list, List screen will open.
• Select the price list you want to view.

• Click on the 'Update price lists' button. 

• The GoodX Price Updating Tool screen will open.

• On the Maintain Local pricelists button, click on the drop-down menu.
• From the sub-menu select the 'Maintain Local Pricelists' option.

• The Price lists screen will open. 
• In the top, left corner, on the Menu bar, click on the 'Actions' menu.

• Create/refresh ALL PRICELIST views immediately (recommended for sites that use compound pricelists, may take quite long to complete):

• Refresh ALL EXISTING PRICELIST views immediately (recommended for sites that use compound pricelists, may take quite long to complete):

• This will address the user expectation to refresh all views and create missing views.

• This may take a really long time depending on the tariffs configuration at the site.

Please Note: Compound pricelist will allow you to bill multiple pricelists in parallel with each other to compare prices or calculate co-payments between pricelist.

• Create/refresh a SPECIFIED LIST of pricelist views immediately (this option may take quite a long to complete)
• This option will refresh the views when they are next accessed.
• It is essentially the same as option (1), but the user can specify a list of price lists.

• When clicking on the 'Refresh ALL EXISTING PRICELIST views immediately', a pop-up will appear showing the lists are being refreshed. 
• Wait for the process to be completed.

• When selecting 'Create/refresh a SPECIFIED LIST' OR 'Refresh a SELECTED LIST of pricelist views', the 'Select pricelist: Choose' screen will open. 
• Select and tick the box for the pricelists that you want to refresh in the Select column.
  

• Click on the OK button in the bottom right corner to continue and refresh the selected pricelists.
