This function enables you to send one SMS to different recipients at the same time. The function is to notify all debtors that there are payments outstanding, you can filter the debtors regarding their age.
How to sent Bulk Outstanding accounts SMS/Emails:
Log in to the GoodX Web App with your username and password.
On the navigation bar, click on the Admin tab.
Click on the CRM tab
Choose the Build SMS/Email option
Filter Debtors by:
Filters For: You have the option to choose between Debtors and Patients, preferably choose Debtor, because the debtor is accountable for the bill
Age Analysis: Tick the age analysis boxto send the bill to the filtered ages. This will be applicable on outstanding balances of the selected ages and amounts
Period: Choose from the drop-down the selected ages

60 Days
90 Days
120-Day
Amount to filter: You can specify what amount you want to filter
Gender: Choose between All, Male, Female. In this case, you will select All, because you want to send theSMS/Email regarding age and not gender
Click on the Filter Debtors button,ensure that all the information is correct
NB: Debtors without phone numbers will not receive an SMS and the SMS will fail, make sure you have all the phone numbers, fill in if not
When done, and everything is correct, click on the Send Bulk SMS button to send an SMS to all filtered debtors
NB: Make sure you have all the email addresses. If not, complete the email addresses
When done, and everything is correct, click on the Send Bulk Email buttonto email all filtered debtors
After you have sent the SMS/Email, you will be notified whether it was successful or not
