A list of entities is for when there are companies that can either be a buro or for when a company has more than one practice number registered, for example, if a company has a general practitioner practice as well as a dentist practice. The list of entities will assist a user to switch between entities quickly. This will assist a user that has access to more than one entity. For each practice number, a new entity will need to be created. Except when a group practice number exists.

• Log into the GoodX Desktop App with your username and password
• You can open any module, except Cash Register to access the List of entities

• From the menu bar, click on the Entities menu

• From the drop-down, click on List of entities

• Choose the correct entity 

• Click on the Search field to search for the correct entity to use

• The following columns will show:
• No.: The number of the entities
• GoodX: GoodX's name and the number when it was created
• Practice Name: The name of the entity
• Practice no: The practice number
• Entity Identifier: This will be where you can see what entity it is
• Prefix: The debtors account with the first 3 letters that it will start with
• Country: In what country is the entity situated

Reset Grid Layout:

When the diary columns have been resized or moved the reset grid layout can be used to reset the order and size of the columns back to the original order or size. 

• Click on the View Button in the top left corner
• Click on Reset Grid Layout
  

• A Confirmation screen will appear, click on the Yes button if you wish to reset or the Cancel button to exit

• Click on the Continue button to go to the desired entity

• Click on the Cancel button, to stay on the entity that you currently on
