Diary Filter
The filter is used to filter certain booking types from the list. This assists in organizing per user the diary per booking type and will indicate all the bookings that were made with the booking type that was selected. This filter is per the specific day that is chosen.
- Sign in to the GoodX Desktop App with your username and password.
- Double click on the Diary module.
- From the task bar, click on the Filter button.
- From the drop-down you can select different filters to filter the bookings made.

- Different filter options:
- No Filter: This will show all the appointments on the diary.
- No appointments: This will show no appointments on the diary.
- Normal appointments: This will show the normal consultations, follow up appointments on the diary.
- Walk-In Appointments: This will only show the walk-in appointments on the diary.
- Emergencies: Only the emergency appointments will show on the diary.
- Patients Treated: Patients that were treated will show on the diary.
- Treatment not completed: Patients that didn't complete their treatment will show on the diary.
- New patients: Only new patients will show on the diary.
- Personal: When the doctor book a timeslot for personal errands, only that filter will show on the diary.
- Representative: Only the timeslots that are booked out for medical reps will show on the diary.
- Other: This can be for admin of team meetings, only that will show on the diary.
- Theatre: Patients that are in theatre will show on the diary.
- Hospital rounds: This is the timeslots when the doctor is doing hospital rounds.
- Insurance: Insurance patients.
