The Daybook report displays a complete list of all the transactions processed in GoodX.

This can be broken down to display transactions between specified dates.

The user is able to select the detail of each transaction type.

• Click on Print and select Debtor Transaction Drilldown (Daybook) from the list

From Existing Profile (Print Direct)

• From the Profile list, select a saved profile (which can be set up by default with installation)

• Click on Print direct

• Select the Timespan for the report
  
• Click on Next

• The report will display in HTML format
  
• Print the report

You can modify the Drilldown Daybook reports to display almost any management information required.

When printed in this format, separate screens can be selected to print in the format as it is displayed on the screen.

• From the Profile list select a saved profile (which can be set up by default with installation)

• Click on Print to grid
  

• Select the Timespan for the report
  
• Click on Next

• The report is displayed

• Now you can Switch between your reports.
