Diary Admin to Clinical Information (Desktop App)

The Log: Data changes will take a record of all changes in the debtor's information that is made by the user.

Open the MedDebs screen

• Click on the Admittance button 

• Select Options

• Click on the Log: Data Changes option

• It will show you a log of all the changes that were made on that specific Debtor for e.g. Change of Address or any Personal details etc.
