Move Appointments

Purpose: If a patient phones in to move his appointment to another day or time, you use the move appointment function to save time and prevent human error in making a new booking. You can see in the log from when the appointment was moved and you can see how many times the appointment was moved.


  • Select the Appointment that you want to Move
  • Press Ctrl+X (Cut) or right click on the Appointment
  • Click on Appointment Options
  • Click on Move (Ctrl+X)


  • Click on Yes


  • The Cursor will change
  • Click on the new time slot you want to Move the Appointment to
  • Right click and select Paste or press Ctrl+V
  • The Appointment will display in the new selected time slot
