DIARY TAB

• Click on Program on the Menu bar and select User Preferences
  
• Changes made in User Preferences are set per user - they are only applicable to the one user
  

• Select the Diary Tab
  
• Select the detail you want to see when working with the Diary
  

• Most of the Options below are self-explanatory. The others will be explained below.
  

• Enable Case View in Theatre List
  
• When more than one procedure for a patient has been booked under the Surgery list, the view is displayed as follows when this option is NOT ticked:

• When the Option IS ticked the list displays as follows:
• The patient is booked for more than one procedure. In the top view, each of the procedures reflect separately, whereas in the bottom view all the procedures are viewed as one Case

• Multi Doctor View Saving
• The user can choose the default behaviour of the Multi Doctor View

• Diary View
  
• Select the Diary View tab

• Show Diary Information bar
  
• This option displays the side panel on the Main Diary screen

• Enable Waiting List
  
• This will enable the user to use the Waiting List although the Diary Information bar / Side panel is not selected

• Main View
  
• Select the columns to be viewed on the Main Diary screen

• Multi-View
  
• Select the columns to be viewed on the Multi Doctor screen

• Description: Dairy Main View - Multi Lines
  
• Choose the columns to be visible in this view on the Main Diary screen as well as the Multi Doctor Screen

• Description: Diary Main View - Single Lines
  
• Select the columns to be visible in this view on the Main Diary screen as well as the Multi Doctor Screen

• Click on OK to exit the User Preferences screen
