Export Ledger structure
Purpose : The standard Ledger Structure as loaded on your GoodX system, can be exported in Excell in order to:
- Send to the auditors/bookkeepers to review
- Customization of the ledger structure. (this can be imported again by the technical team)
Roadmap: GoodX Manage >> Global lists >> Ledgers >> Ledger Manager >> Select applicable Ledger Scheme ID >> OK
Select applicable Language and the relevant section, Income Statement or Balance Sheet , that you want to Export.
- If Income Statement has been selected the following ledger types will export:
- INC - Income
- EXP - Expenditure
- If Balance Sheet has been selected the following ledger types will export:
- FIX - Fixed Assets
- LTI - Investment
- SDR - Sundry
- CAS - Current Assets
- CLI - Current Liabilities
- SCR - Capital
- LOA - Long-term Asset
- KAS - Cashbooks
Click on View and Export
Now you need to Save the Exported file on the Desktop in Excell format. Remember, if you are a Cloud client, this will be saved under the Cloud Desktop.
You will receive a confirmation message that the file was successfully exported.

Copy the file now from the Cloud Desktop onto your own local desktop, in order to attach it to email, or to edit the file.
