Stock Management

The Stock Item Info is a small summarized report with a quick view of the item movement and the information on the item. There is no pre-setup necessary to draw this report.

The Stock Info Report can be used for the following reasons:

1. Year to date summarized Quantity and Value on the stock item.
   
2. Per Warehouse summarized, per Warehouses Quantity and Value.
3. Summarized totals of Sales, Purchases, Transfers, Credit Notes and Adjustments on the item.
4. Per Finacial period quantity and value on the stock item.
5. Summarized movement on the item to investigate any typing mistakes.
6. Summarized movement on the item to investigate any work not up to date yet.

The following information can be checked through the Stock Item Info report:

1. Quantity on hand for the single item.
   
2. Opening Balance and Closing Balance on the item.
3. Summarized quantity and value per Warehouse.
4. GP% for the item.
5. Sales, Cost of Sale and Gross Profit Rand Value for the period.
6. Weighted Average value.
7. Last Purchase Price value per unit.
