Reports (Desktop App)

Business requirement:

This report is an exact copy of the diary screen reflecting only the appointments for the selected day. It enables the practice to make printed copies of the diary eg when the practice prepares for software downtime or power failures.

• Select Diary Export from the drop down menu
  

• Select the Parameters for the Report
  
• Click on Next
  

• To e-mail, the Report, click on Mail all Views or Mail a View
  
• To view the Report in Excel format, click on Excel

• Click on Print for a hard copy of the Report
• Click on Exit to leave the screen
